Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Excellent opportunity to join a new US company with 20+ successful years in China and Asia. We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep. to help fuel our growth in the tradeshow and event industry.

The Inside Sales Rep position is responsible generating and developing new business opportunities, while building long-term relationships with clients. She/he will utilize a strategic, consultative sales approach to provide client driven solutions in the planning, design, and implementation of tradeshow exhibits and events.

She/he will be responsible for collecting customer information, market research, identifying, developing, and building relationships with a multi-industry focus, while meeting revenue goals via phone.

The newly created Inside Sales Rep needs to be a strategic thinker with a passion for growing emerging brands and a positive can-do attitude; and must have a clear, confident speaking voice with friendly phone demeanor for cold & warm calls

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and grow exhibit and tradeshow revenue opportunities
  • Must be comfortable with a consultative selling approach, for the full range of 3L Corp services, from marketing/promotion material, exhibit design and production; and printing/graphic services
  • Collect prospect information and do market research
  • Continually pursue new client partnerships to drive business growth for 3L
  • Identify and open new markets and business channels to drive additional revenue.
  • Present and demonstrate 3L’s service and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
  • BS or BA Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in exhibition/event marketing industry, exhibition company experience is preferred, selling to end clients
  • At least 3 years of dedicated, successful experience with phone Sales and Customer service.
  • Develop Sales Leads/Prospect pipeline
  • Computer savvy, knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and persuasive
  • The ability to work independently, as a self-starter, while contributing to the success of the team
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment
