Sales/Business Development Account Executive

Excellent opportunity to join a newly formed US company with 20+ successful years in China and Asia. We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to help fuel our growth in the tradeshow and event industry.

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing new business opportunities, while building long-term relationships with clients. She/he will utilize a strategic, consultative sales approach to provide client driven solutions in the planning, design, and implementation of tradeshow exhibits and event execution throughout North America.

She/he will be responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, and building relationships with a multi-industry focus, while meeting revenue goals.

The newly created Sales and Business Development Account Executive needs to be a strategic thinker with a passion for growing emerging brands and a positive can-do attitude.


  • Develop and implement strategic sale productivity strategies to generate sales
  • Must be comfortable with a consultative selling approach, for the full range of 3L Corp services, from exhibit design and production; marketing/promotional materials, and printing and graphic services
  • Continually pursue new client partnerships and monitor status vs. objectives to produce sales from target markets
  • Present and demonstrate 3L’s service and value propositions to prospects.
  • Schedule weekly meetings with target accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives and monthly key performance indicators.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding established quotas
  • Attend industry tradeshows

Desired Qualifications & Experiences:

  • BS or BA in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in exhibition/event marketing industry, exhibition company experience is preferred, selling to end clients
  • At least 5 years of dedicated, successful experience in Sales and Customer service.
  • Proven experience and success with exhibition manufacturing and production
  • Successful and proven history of exceeding sales quotas
  • An established network of relevant industry relationships is important, but not required.
  • Strong work ethic, Self-motivated with high energy.
  • The ability to work independently, while contributing to the success of the team
  • Strong presentation, organization, and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 25%)
  • lead prospects through demonstration of the product’s features
