  • Confirm shipment to advance warehouse or direct to show

1 ~ 5 days ahead 

  • Confirm daily briefing schedule
  • Train booth staff with role playing
  • Confirm booth & product demos have arrived
  • Quality check booth, components, plus product demos
  • Set-up booth, demo stations, lead scanning equipment, test all components

Last day at the show and 1 – 2 weeks after 

  • Dismantle booth
  • Make shipping arrangement per the exhibitor kit
  • Confirm tradeshow lead follow-up is on schedule
  • Prepare the tradeshow marketing & sales summary
  • Request exhibit bills. Communicate with organizer for next year exhibiting plan
